By using the Jupiter website and game services, the user confirms acceptance of these rules and agrees to follow the requirements and restrictions set by the administration.
1. General Provisions
Jupiter is a private Lineage 2 Scions of Destiny game server. The administration may change website functionality, game services and terms of use without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to provide accurate data when using the account panel, not to transfer account access to third parties and not to use the website or server to violate project rules.
3. Limitation of Liability
The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or game services and is not responsible for possible loss of access, data or game values due to technical failures, user actions or third parties.
4. Access Restrictions
The administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate user access to the website, account panel or game server in case of rule violations or abuse of functionality.
5. Document Updates
These terms may be supplemented or changed. Continued use of the website after updates are published means acceptance of the new version.
6. Paid Services
The administration provides access to paid game services of the Jupiter project, including crediting Coin of Luck to the specified character. The service name, quantity, price and total amount are shown on the order page before payment.
7. Order and Payment
The user places an order by entering a valid character name, selecting the service quantity and confirming acceptance of these terms. Payment is made through the connected payment service. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation.
8. Service Delivery and Refunds
The service is considered delivered after the purchased service is credited to the specified character. If the service was not delivered due to a technical issue, the user may contact support to have the order checked and request a refund or repeated delivery. A refund is made to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or the payment service rules. If the user entered an incorrect character name, a refund or transfer is possible only before the service is credited.
9. Receipts and Provider Details
